The payment can be performed by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover; credit cards are processed by PayPal system) by PayPal or using bank transfer. Please contact us to get the information on how to make bank transfer payments.

Your order will be sent within 3 days after ordering (for products in Cyandye catalog). The world-wide delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days.

For orders below $400 a flat-rate delivery fee of $90 is applied. For orders above $400, the delivery is free.

You can pay for the goods within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the goods using bank transfer.

Unopened products can be returned to Cyandye within 30 days after delivery with full refund.
After it, and before product expiration, our team will investigate any quality issues reported by customer.
