Currently fluorescent cyanine probes containing the following fluorophores available for sale: Cy3, Cy5, Cy5.5, Cy7. Most our dyes are available in forms of specific functional groups such as activated esters (succinimidyl ester for the labeling of antibodies, various proteins and amino biomolecules), hydrazides (for labeling of carbonyl compounds) and carboxylic acids are available. To click chemistry by CuAAC (Copper(I)-catalyzed Azide-Alkyne Cycloaddition) technique we can offer azides and alkynes of bright fluorescent dyes (Cy3 and Cy5 analogues). For near infrared fluorescence applications we can offer diSulfo - Cy7 succinimidyl ester and diSulfo - Cy7 carboxylic acid (Cy7 analogue, heptamethine dye).
